Dr Lisa Anderson exhibits in Denmark Dr Lisa Anderson's sculptural work, Precious, created from 4,ooo wine glasses and alight at night with LED lights in the crystal like forms opened this week in Arhus, Denmark. Lisa explained to Crown Prince Frederick and Crown Princess Mary of Denmark, the importamce of her Danish grandparents telling fairytales when she was a child in Australia in Danish, as a way of understanding the site located in the forest between the pathway and the beach. The work began with drawings of an iceberg in the High Arctic and has been explored by the artist in many forms to express the ideas of light in the North, the preciousness of water, light and the storytelling that links us to the enviornment. The work will be on site from 2 June until 30 July.
